Welcome to the KCI Motorsports Park! This area of the website is intended to keep you updated on the progress being made with the facility. Currently, our membership drive is in full swing. Once we have secured enough members, construction will begin for Phase 1. Please visit the “Memberships” area of our website for information about informational sessions for potential members and an overview of the memberships available at the KCI Motorsports Park.
A long term ground lease has been negotiated. Zoning allows for this use. The track design is being finalized.
Construction Milestones
- Spring 2008 – Begin Phase I Construction
- Phase I: North Track, Kart Track, Clubhouse and all other operations related buildings, team units
- February 2009 – Complete Phase I Construction
- March 2009 – Open to members
- March 2009 – Begin Phase II Construction
- Phase II: South Track, additional team units and paddock garages
- August 2009 – We are currently still working hard on our membership drive and are close to securing final financing. Please keep checking our website for updates.
