The KCI Motorsports Park is offering a variety of membership levels. Benefits vary at each level in order to satisfy all types of enthusiast and racer interests. Memberships are available for car or kart enthusiasts. It is anticipated that no more than 400 car memberships will be sold. Any limit on karting memberships will be determined by track capacity.
Motorcycle memberships will be sold during Phase II of construction due to limitations of track capacity during Phase I. However, motorcycle lapping days, rentals and other events will grant motorcycle riders access to the facility prior to Phase II completion.
Members who join prior to the start of construction will receive a discount in their membership fees. Benefits:
- Upon relinquishment of membership, member will be returned 80% of the membership’s value at the time it is resold by the club
- Ability to schedule track time during track operations and non-event weekends
- Member is not limited in the amount of track time he or she may schedule
- In addition to Founding member, one immediate family member will be granted access to track as well.
- Access to Kart Track for member and immediate family
- Member may use track for both car and motorcycle driving
- Cars and motorcycles will not be run on the track at the same time, there will be designated times for car use and motorcycle use on the track
- One garage rental included at no cost in membership, subject to availability
- Access to clubhouse for member, immediate family and guests
- Reservations will be recommended for large groups, large events or holidays
- Discounts on track rentals in the event that an organization the member belongs to wishes to rent out a track
- Member may bring six certified driving guests at no cost per year who may drive certified vehicles on the track during reserved track time
- Member is limited to six driving guests per year
- Guest must attend pre-requisite driving school prior to driving on track
- Non-driving guests of the member may be a passenger in member’s car if driver/member has been certified to do so
- Member is limited to 25 non-driving passengers per year
- Ticketed track events and kart track events are free to member and immediate family
- Free tickets are subject to rental agreements for large events
- 2 free vehicle inspections annually provided by track’s professional
- Club pre-requisite driving school is free for member and immediate family
- Free initial safety instruction, solo sign-off and licensing
- Priority in rental and selecting location of team unit building
- Team unit buildings are single story buildings to be used for vehicle and equipment storage and work areas
- Priority in Net Car rental program
- Club will own a small fleet of high performance vehicles that members can then rent out by the hour and drive on the track during their reserved track time
- Net Car program is anticipated to be available by Phase 2
- Preferential parking for events
- Ability to reserve clubhouse for parties or events
Elite Team Member

- Ability to schedule track time during track operations and non-event weekends subject to availability
- Founding members have priority when reserving track time
- Member is not limited in the amount of track time he or she may schedule
- Access to Kart Track for member
- Access to clubhouse for member, immediate family and guests
- Reservations will be recommended for large groups, large event or holidays
- Member may bring four certified driving guests per year who may drive certified vehicles on the track during reserved track time
- For each driving guest a fee of $175 will be charged
- Guest must attend pre-requisite driving school prior to driving on track
- Non-driving guests of member may be a passenger in member’s car if driver/member has been certified to do so
- Member is limited to 15 non-driving passengers per year, and no more than one per day
- For each non-driving passenger a $50 fee will be charged
- Ticketed track events and kart track events are free to member
- Free tickets are subject to rental agreements for large events
- 2 free vehicle inspections annually provided by track’s professional
- Club pre-requisite driving school is free to member, and discounted for immediate family members
- Team unit and garage available for rental by member based on availability
- Founding Members have priority
- Member has option to lease one team unit garage subject to availability

Benefits:
- Up to three additional designees, for a total of five designees, can be added per Corporate Membership
- Each additional designee requires a $15,000 initiation fee and a $2,000 increase in annual dues for the membership
- Ability for designees to schedule track time during track operations and non-event weekends subject to availability
- Founding members have priority when reserving track time
- Designees are not limited in the amount of track time he or she may schedule
- Clubhouse access for designees and guests
- Reservations will be recommended for large groups, large events or holidays
- Discounts on track rental
- Each designee may bring five certified driving guests per year who may drive certified vehicles on the track during reserved track time
- For each driving guest a fee of $175 will be charged
- Guest must attend pre-requisite driving school prior to driving on track
- Non-driving guests of the designee may be a passenger in designee’s car if driver/member has been certified to do so
- Designee is limited to 25 non-driving passengers per year, and no more than one per day
- For each non-driving passenger a $50 fee will be charged
- Designees may be able to bring driving guests in addition to the five allotted per designee subject to availability and approval by track management
- Ticketed track events and kart track events are free to designees
- 10 free guest passes to track events per corporate membership
- Free tickets are subject to rental agreements for large events
- 2 free vehicle inspections annually per designee performed by track’s professional
- Club pre-requisite driving school free to designees

- Throughout the week during various pre-designated times, at least one track will be designated for use by motorcycle members
- Motorcycles and cars cannot run at the same time
- The South Track is currently scheduled for Phase II of construction, to be completed by Spring 2009.
- Because of this, Motorcycle Memberships will not be sold until Phase II of construction. However, motorcycle lapping days, rentals and other events will grant motorcycle riders access to the facility prior to Phase II completion.
