In addition to the North Track and kart track, Phase 1 of the Kansas City International Motorsports Park will also include membership access to an exclusive two-story clubhouse overlooking the track. The clubhouse will have a large common area, locker rooms with showers, a race simulator, a conference room and a catered dining area, among other amenities.
Other facilities will include:
- A privately operated race set-up shop
- A pro shop
- A timing and scoring facility that will provide an on-car transponder to give participant members immediate feedback on lap time
- A driving school facility
- A car rental facility where members may rent high performance vehicles on an hourly or daily basis (anticipated for completion in Phase 2)
- Team unit facilities
- Garages
- Race control and tech support buildings
